The asset is located c. 900m east of Pigenia village and c. 900m southeast of Pigenia – Kato Pyrgos road.

The immediate area comprises of forest land and undeveloped parcels of land.

The fields fall within two planning zones:

-c. 10,844sqm fall into residential planning zone planning zone H3 with 60% building density, 35% coverage, 2 floors and a maximum height of 8.3m.
