Agricultural field in Trachypedoula community, Paphos District.

The property is located about 1.5 kilometers southwest of the center of the community and approximately 300 meters east of the connection road Trachypedoula – Kelokedara.

It has an irregular shape with a sloping surface and it is landlocked. The property is accessible through a non-registered dirt road which divides the property into two sections.

It is noted that the locality of the property is characterized by a beautiful natural environment.

The asset does not qualify for the 50% reduction of property transfer fees imposed or levied by the Department of Lands and Surveys (Fees and Charges) Law (Cap.219).
