Agricultural field in Theletra community of Paphos district. It is situated at a distance approximately 500 meters northeast of the old Theletra community center  and approximately 620 meters west of the connecting road between the communities of Stroumpi - Giolou.

It has an irregular shape with a slightly sloping surface, and according to the official topographical plan, it abuts a registered footpath/road under registration (on site rough road) along its western border and a frontage of approximately 50 meters.

The property falls within the Agricultural Zone Γ3, having a building density of 10%.

The asset does not qualify for the 50% reduction of property transfer fees imposed or levied by the Department of Lands and Surveys (Fees and Charges) Law (Cap.219).
