Agricultural field in Stroumpi community, Paphos District. The property is located about 2.6 kilometers northwest of the center of the community and approximately 390 meters east of the main road connecting the villages of Stroumpi and Giolou

It has an irregular shape with a sloping surface. The property is considered landlocked, however it is situated only a short distance from the closest public registered road. 

The asset does not qualify for the 50% reduction of property transfer fees imposed or levied by the Department of Lands and Surveys (Fees and Charges) Law (Cap.219).
