Field in Psevda community, of Larnaca district. It is situated at a distance approximately 1.6 km southwest of the community center Psevda and approximately 1.1 km southwest of the community stadium of Psevda.

It has an almost irregular shape with an inclined surface and it is landlocked. The property is located approximately 135 meters southwest of the nearest registered road and has access from an unregistered road.

It is also 275 meters south of the nearest residential area of the Community bordered by government land on its northwestern border and falls within a Natura area.

The property falls within the Protection Zone Z1, having a building density of 6%.

The asset does not qualify for the 50% reduction of property transfer fees imposed or levied by the Department of Lands and Surveys (Fees and Charges) Law (Cap.219).
