Agricultural field in Pachna village, in Limassol  District. The property is located about 2 kilometers southwest of the center of the community and about 140 meters south of the main road connecting the villages of Pachna and Anogyra.

It has an irregular shape and a slightly sloping surface. Access to the property can be gained via a non-registered dirt road.

The asset does not qualify for the 50% reduction of property transfer fees imposed or levied by the Department of Lands and Surveys (Fees and Charges) Law (Cap.219).
