Two adjoining fields within the agricultural zone in Pachna Community in Limassol District. The fields are located at a distance of approximately 1.6 kilometers northwest of the center of the community and about 960 meters west of the main road connecting the villages of Pachna and Prastio.

They have an irregular shape and a slightly sloping surface. The parcel is considered landlocked.

The total area of the properties is 8,362sqm.

Tenders submitted for an Amount below the Reserve Price shall be rejected.

The asset does not qualify for the 50% reduction of property transfer fees imposed or levied by the Department of Lands and Surveys (Fees and Charges) Law (Cap.219).
