Agricultural field in Pachna village, in Limassol  District. The property is located about 1.2 kilometers northwest of the center of the community and about 1.1 kilometers north of the main road connecting the villages of Pachna and Anogyra.

It has an irregular shape and a slightly sloping surface. The property is inaccessible via registered road but is located at a distance of 270 meters (approx.) southeast the nearest public road.

Tenders submitted for an Amount below the Reserve Price shall be rejected.

The asset does not qualify for the 50% reduction of property transfer fees imposed or levied by the Department of Lands and Surveys (Fees and Charges) Law (Cap.219).
