Field in Kelokedara community in Paphos District. It is situated at a distance approximately 1.8 kilometers north of the community center and approximate 1.4 kilometers northwest of  Kelokedara - Salamiou road.

It has an almost rectangular shape with uneven surface and it is landlocked.

Tenders submitted for an Amount below the Reserve Price shall be rejected.

The asset does not qualify for the 50% reduction of property transfer fees imposed or levied by the Department of Lands and Surveys (Fees and Charges) Law (Cap.219).
