Agricultural field in Ineia Community of Paphos District. It is situated approximately 875m southwest of the community center and approximately 860 meters west of  Ineia  - Kato Arodes road connection.

It has an irregular shape with an inclined surface. It adjoins a registered road on its eastern border.

It should be noted that the property falls within the new Akamas Local Plan and, according to the plan, the property falls within the agricultural zone Γα4 with a building density of 10%.

The asset does not qualify for the 50% reduction of property transfer fees imposed or levied by the Department of Lands and Surveys (Fees and Charges) Law (Cap.219).
