It is situated at a distance of approximately 615m northeast from the village centre and approximately 550m east of the connection road Galataria - Koilineia.

It has a regular shape, uneven surface and it is landlocked. However, it is located approximate 25m way of the registered road. 

It falls within the Agricultural Zone (Γ3).

The asset does not qualify for the 50% reduction of property transfer fees imposed or levied by the Department of Lands and Surveys (Fees and Charges) Law (Cap.219).
