Field in Episkopi community, of Paphos district. It is situated at a distance approximately 1.8 km northeast of the community center Episkopi.

It has an irregular shape with an inclined surface and it is landlocked. The property is located approximately 1km northwest of the nearest registered road. It is also bordered by an rain water stream on its west border and falls within a Natura area.

The property falls within the Protection Zone Z1, having a building density of 6%.

The asset does not qualify for the 50% reduction of property transfer fees imposed or levied by the Department of Lands and Surveys (Fees and Charges) Law (Cap.219).
