It has an irregular shape with an inclined surface. According to the topographical plan, it is adjacent to a public road under registration on its southeastern boundary.

The property falls within the Agricultural Zone Γ3 (80%), having a building density of 10% and within the Protection Zone Z3 (20%), having a building density of 1%.
