Agricultural field in Avgorou community of Famagusta district. It is situated at a distance approximately 3 km south from the community center and approximately 500 m west from Xylophagou - Avgorou.

It has an irregular shape with an inclined surface and it is landlocked. It is approximately 250 meters north of a registered road.

According to the new Local Plan of Paralimni 2024, the property falls within the Agricultural Zone Γα2, having a building density of 6%.
