Agricultural field in Arminou community in Paphos District. It is situated approximately 1.7 kilometers (approx.) northwest from the centre of the community and 1.4 kilometers (approx.) northwest of the main road Arminou – Mesana.

It has an irregular shape and uneven surface. The property is considered landlocked, however it is situated only a short distance from the closest public registered road.

It is set in a tranquil, beautiful natural environment.

The asset does not qualify for the 50% reduction of property transfer fees imposed or levied by the Department of Lands and Surveys (Fees and Charges) Law (Cap.219).
