  1. Relevant application form
  2. Passport valid for at least 2 years
  3. Temporary Residence Permit (if applicable)
  4. Statements showing movement of the funds in Cyprus and abroad
  5. Proof of sufficient income from legitimate source
  6. Affidavit   completed and signed at the Court.
  7. Sale Agreement and/or title deed for the property
  8. Receipt (Invoice) for purchasing a property
  9. Medical Insurance if the applicant moved to Cyprus
  10. Police Clearance Certificate, certified by Apostile or translated by PIO (Press and Information Office) of Cyprus Government 
  11.  4 Photos
  12. Marriage Certificate
  13. Birth Certificate for children
  14. School Certificate accompanied by applicant and attending school in Cyprus
  15. Police clearance certificate from the Authorities of the country of origin
